We hope you love your new Sahiba Sandook product. However, if something isn't perfect, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 (three) days of receiving your order. Please note that if you do not notify us within (three) days of order receipt, we (Sahiba Sandook) can not be held liable for any claims or damages.

To be eligible for a damaged or defective item exchange:

  1. The item must be unworn
  2. Get in touch with us within 3 (three) days of receiving your order.
  3. Send us pictures and details about the damaged item to SahibaSandook@gmail.com or via DM on Instagram (@Sahiba.Sandook). 
  4. Upon exchange approval, the damaged item must be shipped back to us within 7 (seven) days of delivery in original condition, with all packaging intact. 
  5. The customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item to Sahiba Sandook at their own cost. 
  6. Once the damaged item is received, we will assess the product, and if applicable, we will process an exchange.

Refund or Exchanges

If you change your mind or no longer want a product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Due to the high sensitivity of our products and hygienic reasons, we do not provide refunds/exchanges on any of our products.

Please note: When you purchase from Sahiba Sandook, you agree to the refund policy listed above and relinquish any rights of filing a claim or seeking any legal actions.
